After months of conversations, planning, and review, one of our potential lending partners has extended an opportunity that could expedite our timeline. They expressed strong confidence in our church’s commitment to this expansion, highlighting two key things. First, over $500,000 was raised in the first six weeks through many households giving at all levels. Second, they noted an increase in new, recurring giving that significantly strengthened our overall lending profile. The ongoing, faithful generosity across our church family has made a real difference!
Based on this, they are excited to extend a loan opportunity that would allow us to move forward sooner than originally anticipated. They have presented a 90-day loan approval that expires on August 12, 2026. This approval moves us significantly closer to breaking ground.
WHAT’S NEXT
1. Pray for the Appraisal
The project must appraise at $7.2 million to receive the full $5.4 million loan. That process is currently underway.
2. Raise the Final $350,000
We currently have $1.25 million committed. We needed to raise $350,000 by August 12, 2026, to meet this goal. We currently have $294,560.75 remaining.
WHAT THIS MEANS
If the appraisal meets the target and the remaining funds are raised, we are on track to break ground this September. Construction is expected to take about 12 months, positioning us to step into our new building in September 2027 as we celebrate our 6th anniversary as a church.
