What is Home For Christmas?
Home for Christmas is a special Christmas experience for families in our community who could use some extra help this season. On December 12th, selected families will get to shop for Christmas gifts for their children, enjoy some Christmas treats, and have their gifts wrapped by Home Church volunteers. Kids will enjoy a special Christmas experience with our Next Gen teams as they share the Gospel.

Can we help you this Christmas season?
If providing Christmas gifts for your children is a challenge this year, we'd love for you to apply.
Applications open on October 11th and will be accepted through November 1st.
Families selected to participate will receive an assigned time on December 12th to come to Home Church, shop for their children's gifts, and enjoy the Christmas experience.
Home Church has a limited number of families we are able to serve this Christmas. Completing an application does not guarantee participation. Families will be selected based on available capacity.

When and where is the event?
Home For Christmas will be held on Saturday, December 12th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Home Church. Selected families will be given a specific time to come shop and enjoy this Christmas experience.

Does applying guarantee that my family will be selected?
Home Church has a limited number of families we are able to serve this Christmas. Completing an application does not guarantee participation. Families will be selected based on available capacity. Selected families will be notified by November 8th.
How will families be selected?
Applications will be reviewed based on available capacity and the needs of each family, with priority given to Home Church families, then Xenia residents, followed by surrounding communities.
What ages can apply?
Home For Christmas is designed for newborns through Seniors in High School.
Do I need to bring my children?
We’d love for your kids to join us! While parents and guardians shop, children will have the opportunity to participate in a special Christmas experience with our Next Gen team. We know finding childcare can be a challenge, so this experience is available for children 6 weeks through 6th grade. Children are welcome to participate, but families may also make other childcare arrangements if they prefer.
Will I have to pay for the gifts?
No, the selected families will receive their gifts at no cost.
Can I choose the gifts for my children?
Yes! One of the special parts of Home for Christmas is that parents get to shop for gifts specifically for their children. Selected families will receive a shopping guide that will help them in choosing gifts for their children.
What if I can't make my assigned time?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@myhomechurch.live so we can see if another arrangement can be made.
