Prior to Leader Track
1. Complete the Leadership Application.
2. Review the Leader Track Congruence in Theology.
3. Complete the Leader Track Self-Assessment.
4. Review Home Church’s Org Chart and Position Overview to better understand leadership structure and opportunities.

2. Submit the Leader Track Completion Survey.
